Bonds has been a guiding\npresence on the Detroit DJ scene for many years. With a genre bending aesthetic and a\ncommitment to the genuine purpose of the DJ. After being introduced to the art of mixing two\nrecords in the early ‘80s by Eddie Fowlkes and playing many Detroit basement and backyard\nparties, B. Bonds earned his first residency in Windsor, Ontario at Stanley’s in 1988. Glasgow,\nDublin, Munich, Amsterdam, and Bologna are some of the places he’s played . With an ear for\nthe future B. Bonds always keeps it funky.\n
