The Art of House
The Art of House (AOH) is a Collective of DJs, Producers, and Promoters with a focus on hosting events highlighting the best underground House music talent in North America.
Founded in Knoxville, TN in 2012 as a weekly underground dance night by one of Knoxville’s most prolific selectors, Kevin Nowell. The Art of House later grew into a collective with the addition of Rick Styles and Mark B. As of 2026, The Art of House has grown into a regional powerhouse with the addition of Knoxville’s: Earl Grae, Christian Ferrer, Chris Marc, Big Kev, and Corey “Legend” Hodge; Northern Ireland’s: Sir Round5ound; Asheville’s: Jericho, Matthew Francis, Peri Meters, and John Brinker; Jacksonville, FL’s: Jon Owen.
Continuing to host weekly and monthly events across the Southeastern USA, AOH has hosted professional acts such as: Colette, Diz, Kai Alce, Kemit, Mark Farina, Osunlade, Roland Clark…to name a few.
The Art of House has solidified its presence in the underground house music scene as a “true to the craft” fixture, by paying homage to the art of DJing. With a deep roster of seasoned selectors, The Art of House truly has what it takes to keep the dancefloor bumping, and has become a HOUSE-hold name for house-heads across North America!
